Application:
This instrument employs a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit and applies the new PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology and the dual closed-loop feedback technology for voltage and current. By doing so, it improves the power supply regulation rate and the load regulation rate, achieving high voltage stability and low ripple. Imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology are utilized to eliminate switching interference, thus realizing the high quality and portability of the DC high-voltage generator. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected, making the voltage doubling cylinder more compact and lightweight, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the instrument.
Based on the theories of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), measures such as shielding, isolation, and grounding are adopted to enhance the safety of the whole device. It can withstand the discharge at the rated voltage without being damaged.
This instrument is suitable for departments including power, railway, chemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgy, and steel industry. It can be used to conduct DC withstand voltage tests and leakage tests on equipment such as zinc oxide arresters, magnetically blown arresters, power cables, transformers, and generators. It can also serve as a power source for electrostatic dust collection, spraying, and other applications.

Stable Output Voltage: It adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit and applies the new PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology and the dual closed-loop feedback technology for voltage and current. Smooth voltage regulation is available across the full range, with high output voltage accuracy. The voltmeter on the main unit directly shows the voltage value applied to the load, eliminating the need for an external voltage divider, which simplifies the wiring operation. The voltage resolution is 0.1 kV, and the current resolution is 1 μA.
2. Comprehensive Protection: Equipped with a complete set of protection functions, including zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses a nanosecond-level dedicated sensor, which can act quickly and reliably, providing effective protection for the safety of personnel and equipment.
3. 0.75U Function: An intelligent and high-precision one-touch button for the 0.75U function is added. When this button is pressed, the voltage and current will automatically switch to the 0.75U state, which is highly beneficial for the testing of zinc oxide arresters.
4. Zero-start Voltage Rise: The voltage rise starts from zero via the voltage rise potentiometer. An imported multi-turn potentiometer is used, ensuring a smooth voltage rise process and high adjustment accuracy.
5. Overvoltage Setting: A digital dial switch is selected for overvoltage setting, which is simple to operate and features high setting accuracy.
6. Integrated Design: An integrated design solution is adopted, with the main unit and the voltage doubling cylinder housed in one chassis. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are used, making the voltage doubling cylinder compact in size, improving the overall efficiency of the device, and facilitating portability.
7. Reliable Performance: High-performance imported components are chosen for key devices. The surface of the voltage doubling cylinder is coated with a special insulating material, endowing it with good electrical performance, strong moisture resistance, and no leakage.
