Before testing, please set the various operating states of the DEMIKS high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester.
Main test setting method
Speed definition:
The high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester has solidified 10 speed definitions (Note: These 10 definitions can be redefined and solidified by PC as needed). Select the corresponding definition according to the switch model. If the corresponding definition cannot be found, generally take "10ms before closing and after opening" to measure the "time-travel characteristic curve" and then perform corresponding analysis on the curve to obtain the corresponding speed value.
Sensor installation: Select the phase according to the installation position of the speed sensor. If it is a three-phase linkage mechanism, generally select the "A" phase.
Test duration: refers to the length of time the internal power supply outputs the operating voltage.
250ms: For single-open and single-close tests of general switches, select 250ms duration;
500ms: For general switch "close-open" or "open-close" operations, select 500ms duration;
1000ms: The closing time of old-style generator export switches such as SN4-10G and SN-20G is generally greater than 500ms. When performing single-close and single-open tests of such switches, select 1000ms duration;
2000ms: When the switch performs "open-close-open" operation, select 2000ms duration;
4000ms: When the switch performs "close-open-close-open" operation, select 4000ms duration; When performing internal operating voltage calibration of the instrument, select 4000ms duration
Trigger mode:
Internal trigger: Use the internal DC power supply of the instrument to perform opening and closing operations;
External trigger: The internal DC power supply of the high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester does not work, and the on-site power supply (AC or DC) is used to operate the switch. When the instrument is closing (opening) the switch, the "external trigger" wiring of the instrument is directly connected to the closing (opening) coil. When the switch is actuated, the instrument takes the voltage signal from the coil as the timing starting point.
Sensor: There are two options, rotation and linear sensors, which can be set accordingly according to the sensor used.
Speed test: If the site is not a stroke test, turning this off can shorten the test time and reduce the test intensity.
Stroke test: When using a linear sensor to measure speed, turn this on to measure the switch stroke value; when using a rotary sensor to measure speed, turn this off.
Switch stroke: When using a rotary sensor to measure speed, enter the total stroke value of the switch. When using a linear sensor to measure speed and stroke, enter the marked stroke value of the sensor.
Test voltage: Set the operating voltage of the switch according to on-site needs.
Tip: After completing all options, move the cursor to the OK button at the bottom of the screen, and then press the OK button to complete all settings.
Internal power supply voltage verification: Use a multimeter to measure the closing or opening end of the "control power output", set the test time to 2000ms or 4000ms, and perform a single closing or single opening operation to measure the output power voltage value.
